Community Cup

Sara, Daria and I went down to St. Kilda today for the 13th Annual Community Cup. The RRR and PBS Radio Station Megahertz faced off against the Espy (an iconic Melbourne bar) Rock Dogs in a charity aussie rules footie match all for charity. It was damn cool event. Hipsters and young families packed the field, kicked balls around and played with dogs the whole day. The football was crap with the teams tying at 35 by the end, but it was just damn nice to get outside and hangout.

In other news. My ribs are still real achey as is to be expected, and Sara and I cooked an awesome roast chicken.

I’ve also come to realize my delightful wife has has never seen Ghostbusters, The Great Outdoors or Caddyshack. This is a terrible oversight that must be rectified. I mean, how is she supposed to get my witty off-hand remarks about Zuul, the Keymaster and Suck My Wake?
